This class is designed for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s and other chronic conditions who are ready to take an active role in their health and quality of life. Through intentional, guided training, we focus on improving balance, coordination, strength, and mobility—helping you move with greater confidence and control in everyday life. Using boxing-based movements, functional strength work, and foundational core training, we work from the ground up to build a body that is more stable, responsive, and resilient. This is more than exercise. It’s about fighting back against decline, building consistency, and staying engaged in the life you were created to live. All levels are welcome. How is Kingdom Core different from other fitness programs?
Most programs give you a workout plan and leave you to figure it out on your own. Kingdom Core combines movement assessment, personalized programming, coaching, and accountability to help you move better, build strength, and create lasting results.
What if I have pain, injuries, or mobility limitations?
Movement quality is a core part of the Kingdom Core approach. We begin by identifying limitations and movement patterns, then build a personalized program designed to improve mobility, increase stability, reduce compensation patterns, and help you move and perform at your best.
How do I get started and stay consistent?
Start by signing up for a program inside the app or a call with me to determine fit. From there, you’ll have a clear plan, coaching support, and structured workouts to keep you consistent. The goal is simple: show up, follow the process, and build momentum one day at a time.
Do I need to be in great shape to start?
Not at all. Programs are designed around your current fitness level, movement capabilities, and goals. Whether you're just getting started or looking to improve performance, we'll meet you where you are and help you progress safely.
Is this done in person or online?
Both. Most clients train through the app with coaching and support provided remotely. Local clients also have access to in-person assessments, screenings, and InBody scans.
