This therapeutic muscle centric program focuses on anyone fighting off back pain, aging, chronic Neuromuscular and Neurodegenerative Disorders, Musculoskeletal Disorders, and Metabolic and Systematic Disorders, impacting movement and quality of Life. Daily movement activation patterns are addressed in this program stimulating core strength and mobility, keeping members accountable and regaining and building on independence and pain-free performance. Workouts available using assistive devices and a one on one In Person or via zoom 60 Minute session included first week of the program and 1 time a month. 1. Is this program right for me if I’m dealing with pain, limitations, or a condition like Parkinson’s?
Absolutely. Every program is designed to meet you where you are. We focus on building strength, stability, and control from the ground up, with all exercises coached and adaptable to your current ability. Many of our clients start with limitations—and gain confidence, strength, and better movement over time.
2. How do I get started and stay consistent?
Start by signing up for a program inside the app or a call with me to determine fit. From there, you’ll have a clear plan, coaching support, and structured workouts to keep you consistent. The goal is simple: show up, follow the process, and build momentum one day at a time.
