Strength Therapy

This therapeutic muscle centric program focuses on anyone fighting off back pain, aging, chronic Neuromuscular and Neurodegenerative Disorders, Musculoskeletal Disorders, and Metabolic and Systematic Disorders, impacting movement and quality of Life. Daily movement activation patterns are addressed in this program stimulating core strength and mobility, keeping members accountable and regaining and building on independence and pain-free performance. Workouts available using assistive devices and a one on one In Person or via zoom 60 Minute session included first week of the program and 1 time a month. PLEASE INFORM ME OF NEED OF TRAINING WITH AND ASSISTIVE DEVICE ie WHEELCHAIR OR WALKER. Axius users will have integrated workouts with the Unit within programming.
