Core Fitness is my Ministry. Core Beliefs and Core Strength. Through my personal journey and transformation, which is ongoing, I have learned how to strengthen my own body, through limitations, and deepen my own spiritual walk with God. I would love to help others understand the roots of this: FAITH, Movement and Purpose. Whatever season of life you are in, starting your fitness or faith journey, a believer seeking to move and act with intentionality and purpose, are fighting a chronic disorder or trying to prevent disease, or trying to improve your performance for your sport of choice, I have created research based programs that emphasize sustainability over quick fixes. Whether your goals are for Golf, daily movement, or spiritual resilience, I have an approach that is functional, holistic and age respectful.
