Moonlight Mobility- Wind down with core activation and Stretch in Under 5 Minutes. Smart sustainable movement and activations, guaranteed to have you feeling better if done everyday. Desired Outcomes require Obedience to efficient programming with a muscle centric approach. Follow this 28 Program to begin getting real results to improve performance in all areas of your life. You will get daily core strength, mobility and balance work. 2 times a week cardio through your desired means of equipment and 1 day a week strength training using a lightweight kettlebell. This plan is for everyone.

Daily Core Strengthening: AM, Midday, PM

2 Cardio Workouts Per week. 15 Minutes (walking, running or machine of preference)

1 Strength Training Day per week using a Light Kettlebell to start and building on weight each week.

This therapeutic muscle centric program focuses on advanced aged individuals fighting off chronic Neuromuscular and Neurodegenerative Disorders, Musculoskeletal Disorders, and Metabolic and Systematic Disorders, impacting movement and quality of Life. Daily movement activation patterns are addressed in this program Morning noon and night, stimulating core strength and mobility, keeping members accountable and regaining and building on independence. Workouts available using assistive devices and a one on one In Person or via zoom 60 Minute session included first week of the program and 1 time a month. PLEASE INFORM ME OF NEED OF TRAINING WITH AND ASSISTIVE DEVICE ie WHEELCHAIR OR WALKER.
